Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at Korora Bay Resort! The gardens were beautiful, and the pool and barbecue area exceeded my expectations. The location was a bit out of town, but I didn't mind as the resort provided all the necessary information for exploring Coffs Harbour. However, my experience was shattered by poor customer service and maintenance issues. Overall, while some aspects were wonderful, I did face significant disappointments that I believe could be improved.
I had a lovely stay overall, enjoying the comfort of the apartment and the communal facilities. The grounds were beautifully maintained, making it a great place for relaxing cookouts. However, access to the rooms could be improved as the narrow corridors felt a bit cramped, and the parking spaces were a little tight for maneuvering luggage. All in all, it was a memorable experience with some minor inconveniences.
I had a rather disappointing experience at the resort. The property feels outdated and in need of renovation, and there were noticeable maintenance issues that detracted from our enjoyment. However, the well-equipped units and communal areas were a plus, and I wouldn't deny that my family appreciated the amenities provided.
We had a great time at the resort! The spacious two-bedroom apartment was well-equipped and perfect for our family. The games room was a hit with the kids, and the pool area was a nice relax spot. While the location was quiet and beautiful, we missed having face-to-face interaction with staff during our stay. Overall, it felt like good value for our money, and we're definitely planning to return.
My stay at Korora Bay Village Resort had its highs and lows. On one hand, I appreciated the clean and comfortable apartments, which had a nice setup for families. However, the overall maintenance of the property felt outdated and some aspects of the guest services were a bit disappointing. While it was a quiet location, I did expect a bit more from the service.
